Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for PollyTalk. All PollyTalk subscriptions and purchases are processed by the app stores — Apple's App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android — and refunds are handled directly by them under their respective policies. This policy does not replace any mandatory consumer protection you have under local law.
1. How billing works
Paid subscriptions are sold through Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). We do not collect or store your payment details, and we cannot directly charge, cancel, or refund a store transaction — all billing is controlled by Apple or Google.
2. Apple App Store refunds
All purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, submit a request through Apple's official mechanism at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not guarantee that refund requests will be approved, as all decisions are made by Apple.
3. Google Play refunds
All purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, go to Play Store → Subscriptions → Request a refund, or submit a request through Google Play's official refund system. We do not guarantee that refund requests will be approved, as all decisions are made by Google.
4. Cancelling auto-renewal
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time so that no further charges occur: on iOS via your Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android via Play Store → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
5. Statutory consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar distance-selling rules, you may have a statutory right to cancel within a cooling-off period. Where your purchase was made through an app store, that store administers any such refund on our behalf in line with applicable law.
